God desires for us to live in emotional and relational wholeness. Wholeness means that you are spiritually at peace no matter what circumstances you are facing. It means you continue to trust in His goodness and mercy, and believe that they will follow you all of the days of your life. Emotional wholeness is living in a state of grace, accepting God's healing and restoration for issues in your life, present or past. It also includes living with a healthy anticipation for good things in the future. It means living in balanced, rewarding relationships with others in our lives. God has arranged for the healing of all of our struggles through His son Jesus Christ. Psalm 23:3 promises us that God restores our souls. He renews our lives, He restores our strength.

One practical way to seek this wholeness is by singing a simple song of dedication. For instance, the meditative prayer of this song will set you on the right path to opening your heart to the Healer. The chorus of the song declares "Here's My Heart, Lord, speak what is true." We encourage you to spend some time today with the healer and refresher of your soul, Jesus Christ.
