A Biblical worldview is a point of view that makes decisions based on the values, principles, philosophies and beliefs contained in the Word of God.
Next, as you step out in leadership, you must remember the following principles:

2.) Communicate and carry a great vision.
3.) Equip your followers for success.
4.) Take a leadership role as Jesus did, so others may follow that example.
